Refund Eligibility

Program Enrollments

Full refund available within 14 days of enrollment if no program materials have been accessed. Partial refunds may apply up to 30 days based on usage.

Consultation Services

Refunds available up to 48 hours before scheduled consultation. No refunds for missed appointments without 24-hour notice.

Digital Resources

Downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed. If there's a technical issue preventing access, we'll resolve it or issue a refund.

Workshop Registrations

Full refund available up to 7 days before event. Between 7-3 days, 50% refund. Within 72 hours of event, no refund but credit toward future workshops.

Payment Methods and Processing

Refunds are issued using the same payment method you originally used. Credit and debit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days, though your bank may take an additional 2-3 days to process.

For PayPal payments, refunds usually appear within 24-48 hours. Bank transfers may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.

If your original payment method is no longer available, contact us at support@cotanaripolex.com and we'll arrange an alternative refund method. This might include bank transfer or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Refundable Items

Some services and products cannot be refunded once they've been delivered or used. This includes:

Digital downloads after they've been accessed, one-on-one consultations that have already taken place, custom financial planning reports that have been delivered, and promotional or discounted items marked as final sale.
